The following lines are a collection of inspirational quotes and birth affirmations.  Read through them.  If any of them speak to you, write them down and use them during birth.  Remember that you are joining a circle of women who have gone before you, and you are gaining the wisdom to share with the women who will follow after you.  Be encouraged!
